meerecompany's CubeEye iToF Innovation

CubeEye I200D

We've partnered with meerecompany from South Korea to offer the CubeEye indirect Time-of-Flight (iToF) 3D depth cameras. These are ideal for robotics, automation, and machine vision in internal or external environments. Models like the CubeEye I200 deliver 640x480 depth resolution at up to 15 fps, with ranges from 0.25m to 7m and robust sunlight resistance via a 940nm VCSEL illuminator. The hub accessory that syncs multiple cameras by staggering laser pulses is particularly beneficial, banishing interference for seamless multi-sensor setups.

Edison Opto's NIR Breadth

Edison Opto VCSELs

Taiwan's Edison Opto enriches our near-infrared light emitting diodes capabilities with a wide range of surface mount components and expand our portfolio with the additions of NIR VCSELs, compact direct ToF sensors as straightforward drop-ins for ams-OSRAM and STMicro equivalents. Edison’s high-power surface-mount LEDs at 850nm/940nm outshine Osram standards. These are gaining traction for CCTV applications, supporting surveillance, IoT, and 3D sensing with low power draw and high divergence beams.

IMM Photonics' Precision VCSELs

IMM photonics Singlemode VCSELs

Germany's IMM Photonics delivers single-mode polarisation-locked VCSELs optimised for beam quality and circularity in spectroscopy and analytics at 850nm with optional integrated monitor photodiode, Imm also offer a 760nm VCSEL which is ideally suited for Oxygen sensing. IMM Photonics are preparing to expand their VCSEL product range with future products including thermoelectric cooling and integrated microoptics. We will keep you updated on these developments as they are introduced.

SemiNex Lasers – Coming Soon

SemiNex 14-pin butterfly fibre-coupled packageLaser diode innovator SemiNex’s products will be online soon, with singlemode and multimode laser diodes from 1250 to 2400nm for lidar, sensing and datacom applications. Highlights include high-power multimode Fabry-Perot diodes (1310–1940 nm), with a triple-junction laser diode exceeding 100 W peak at 1550 nm. This enables eye-safe, long-range operation up to 250 m across agriculture, construction, defence, automotive and marine sectors. Also featured are high-power DFB lasers, ultra-narrow linewidth external cavity lasers (ECL), and high-gain, high-peak-power semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA).
