We offer blue and red high brightness LEDs from Opto Diode Corporation along with a high temperature deep red surface mount device.
Opto Diode's OD-469L and OD-624L LEDs combine powerful 1mm chip technology with high quality hemispherical lens caps to produce a narrow 7° FWHM beam with no halo effects. The combination of high chip power and a narrow beam result in extremely high radiant intensity figures.
ODC's OD-685C is a deep red (685nm) LED chip mounted in a rugged ceramic surface mount package with metalised glass window for a hermetic seal. The OD-685C emits a wide beam of ~100° FWHM and is rated for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

In addition to the standard blue and red parts ODC have also supplied devices from 360nm to 940nm and can combine multiple wavelengths into a single package.
ODC can also integrate monitor photodiodes - allowing continuous monitoring of the LED's output and a reference signal for power control to stabilise output changes due to temperature and ageing.
