For APT Solutions

We’ll be exhibiting on 9-10 October 2024 at Water, Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring and Air Quality and Emissions Monitoring on WWEM stand J6 so come and say hello.

Photonics technology is widely used in pollution detection applications. We will be showcasing modules for environmental monitoring system integration including:

LEDs from Opto Diode Corporation and Silanna UV

SF1 4 chip TX 1The ability of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) to emit at specific wavelengths makes them ideal for a wide range of sensing technologies such as fluorescence, absorption and scattering.

We’ll be showing high quality packaged UV LED modules for system integration from our new supplier Silanna UV. Their SPSL digital alloy technology, offers precise wavelength tuning, higher power at short wavelengths, and superior efficiency. This enables improved performance and easier customisation compared to traditional AlGaN-based LEDs.

Spectrometers from OtO Photonics

SE Logo 150x120

SmartEngine spectrometers from OtO Photonics offer compact, high-performance solutions with exceptional stability in demanding conditions and spectrum from 180nm to 2500nm.

They are highly customisable, with options including 8 sensors, 6 slit sizes, and 39 gratings, along with bespoke configurations.

IR detectors and emitters from Opto Diode Corporation

SCD group 200x191IR detectors are indispensable in air quality monitoring systems, where they are used for detecting the presence of gases such as CO, CO2, NOx, and SO2.

Our thermal IR emitters are blackbody sources designed for both steady-state and pulsed operation.

Silicon Photomultipliers from Broadcom

NUV MT Group 300x246SiPMs are the solid-state alternative to conventional vacuum photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) in low light, high speed applications. They offer single photon sensitivity in combination with <50V bias in compact, low profile surface-mount packages
