Opto Diode have ceased production of their graded bandgap 880nm devices and released a new generation of high efficiency 850nm technology.
ODC's range of high efficiency 850nm LEDs offer approximately twice the output of their 880nm graded bandgap technology when operating in DC and long pulse conditions. These devices are offered in a wide range of TO-style packages using both 100mA DC and 500mA DC chips.
A few examples of high power 880nm parts are offered using higher efficiency LED chips.
All of ODC’s NIR LEDs offer the significant benefit of extremely high reliability under the harshest of operating conditions and a range of High Temperature devices are offered along with MIL-Standard Hi-Rel devices.
