OtO Photonics' Phekda (PD-series) spectrometers are high resolution models featuring a highly configurable Transmissive-Reflective-Transmissive Czerny-Turner structure.
Standard Phekda models are available for operating ranges of 535-650nm (V25), 548-648nm (V30), 625-818nm (V32) and 802-878nm (NIRT1A) with options for customisation of grating, slit and spectral range within 400nm to 1000nm.
Phekda can be specified with either a 2048-pixel CCD linear sensor (PD1050) or a 4096-pixel CMOS sensor, PD1080. All Phekda models use 32-bit RISC controllers.
OtO have developed a compact and rigid optical bench for Phekda, providing the ideal platform for high resolution measurements with excellent thermal and humidity cycling stability and to minimum variation of resolution and wavelength shift due to shock and vibration.

Communication with PD-Series spectrometers is via high speed USB2.0 (480Mbps) and 8-pin GPIO interfaces. The inclusion of OtO's SpectraSmart software ensures that Phekda series spectrometers can be up-and-running within minutes whilst the availability of a Software Development Kit for Windows and example code for Linux and other operating systems facilitates integration into a broad range of demanding high resolution and high speed applications.
