Silicon Photodiodes—High Speed Low Bias

Opto Diode Corporation manufacture epitaxial silicon photodiodes offering high speed and low capacitance at a bias of 5 Volts or less.

These devices can be supplied in die form, or in TO-style packages with flat window, microball or domed lensed packages.

Also available are integrated detector/preamplifier versions with data rates up to 622 Mbps.
