El-Mul’s ScintiMax range of inorganic phosphor scintillator screens are based on mono-layers of standard and proprietary scintillators and are suitable for both imaging and detection applications. ScintiMax screens are manufactured using a proprietary phosphor brushing process which ensures highly robust and homogeneous layers with precise control over thickness. The ScintiMax process results in unsurpassed response efficiency with 30% to 300% intensity gain compared to sedimented screens. Lifetime is extended due to the unique carbon-free composition which eliminates carbon build-up around phosphor grains. |
